We are a mission-driven NGO supporting the operationalisation of Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, with a focus on unlocking high-integrity carbon market opportunities in the Pacific.

Our Story
We began with a simple, urgent question: how can countries — especially those most vulnerable to climate change — participate meaningfully in global carbon markets and benefit from international cooperation under the Paris Agreement?
Founded by a multidisciplinary team of engineers, policy specialists, data analysts, and regional advisors, our NGO exists to help operationalise Article 6 in a way that is fair, transparent, and impactful. What started as a small advisory initiative has grown into a regional platform supporting governments, institutions, and project developers across the Pacific.
Our work bridges the gap between complex global frameworks and local implementation. We support project authorisation, build digital tools, advise on policy, and ensure that both nature-based and technology-based solutions meet the highest integrity standards.
What makes us different is our deep regional grounding, hands-on approach, and unwavering commitment to equity. We don’t just write reports — we work alongside governments and communities to build real, lasting capacity. We believe the Pacific can lead the world in showing what climate cooperation should look like.
